With unpredictable workloads and a constantly challenging work environment, this is not a profession for the faint of heart. As a custom costumer and occasional cosplayer, I jumped at the opportunity for a behind the scenes look at one of the world’s largest and most respected professional costume companies, on a private tour which is now being made open to the public.
