Wonder Woman on Comic Book Covers that show her with pants versions of her costume versus her traditional costume is the focus of this video.

Since Wonder Woman’s origin in 1941, there have been times she has temporarily included pants in her costume.

The first five comic book covers are from 2010 to 2011.

The next five are from 2015 to 2016, and show her with a new pants version with thigh high boots.

The last five covers are from 2023 and show herwith a traditional appearance.

Wonder Woman is a female superhero (superheroine) appearing in DC Comics and is a founding member of the Justice League.

The character first appeared in All Star Comics No. 8 published October 21, 1941 (not on the cover), with her first feature in Sensation Comics No. 1 in January 1942 (she is on the cover, her first cover, and that is the first cover in this video).

She continued to appear on covers of Sensation Comics and later on the covers of her own series, starting with Wonder Woman No. 1 in June 1942.

This was at the beginning of the Golden Age of Comic Books (1938 to 1956).

The Wonder Woman title has been published by DC Comics almost continuously ever since.

In her homeland, the island nation of Themyscira, her official title is Princess Diana of Themyscira.

When blending into the society outside of her homeland, she sometimes adopts her civilian identity Diana Prince.

Wonder Woman was created by the American psychologist and writer William Moulton Marston (pen name: Charles Moulton), and artist Harry G. Peter.

Marston’s wife, Elizabeth, and their life partner, Olive Byrne, are credited as being his inspiration for the character’s appearance.
